Our swimwear does run small but that is completely intentional. It is meant to hug you and really form as a second skin, especially while wet when most fabric tends to stretch out and lose its shape.
Generally, if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. However, sizing is also dependent on personal preference. If you are in between sizes and want more coverage size up, if you want less coverage size down.

* Note: bamboo loungewear pieces have a lot more stretch than our swimwear so we recommend sizing down in bamboo if in between sizes. If you have a larger cup but a smaller band just make a comment in the notes section at checkout and we can adjust the band size for you.

Each item in your order is hand cut and sewn. Please allow some time for this magic to happen. The processing times may vary between 6-9 weeks for swimwear and 8 weeks for loungewear.
We make pieces as fast as possible while maintaining the highest standard of quality. If you need your order by a specific date please reach out before you place an order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Because of the nature of our items being handmade each item can vary slightly.
Orders shipped within the U.S are sent via USPS First Class mail. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Orders shipped international are sent via USPS First Class. Customers are responsible for any duties fees.

Once we confirm we can accommodate and deliver on your desired date, please select rush delivery at check out to ensure your order will be processed appropriately.
If you do not email ahead of time and confirm we can make your order accordingly, even if you select rush delivery at checkout we cannot guarantee your order will be processed in the time you desire.

Because all items are handmade, we can not accept returns.
If a fabric runs out or we discontinue a style, we cannot guarantee an exchange in the same color or style.
We do however want you to love your purchase!
Exchanges, per item, can be subject to up to a $15 processing fee.

Items that are discounted by sale or discount code may not be eligible for exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about an exchange.
We are a very small team so please be patience with us. On average emails take about 2-3 days to be answered, on occasion due to high volume, it can take up to five days. Our customer service is closed on Saturday's and Sunday's, so if you email us on the weekend there may be an additional delay.
