Shop Policy

Please read our policy content very carefully!

All of our products are made to order and ship out within 2-6 weeks of your order being placed. If we run into any issues with inventory we will be sure to contact you otherwise.

PLEASE: Make sure your address is entered CORRECTLY at check out! We are unable to replace an order that's been lost due to an incorrect address entry.

 

We ship our packages with USPS and unfortunately once it's in their hands we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once marked as delivered. Be sure to check your e-mail inbox (or spam folder) for your tracking information.

International Shipping: Please allow 2-12 weeks for delivery once your order has shipped (Remember, customs can take a bit of time). We are not responsible for custom or duty fees for your particular country. You may be charged additional fees upon arrival to your customs facility.

Returns/Exchanges: Please contact us about an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note COVID has affected our exchange policy and as it stands we are not accepting items for exchange. Please contact us at orders@geminimountainswimwear.com with any more questions
