Shop Policy

Please read our policy content very carefully!

All of our products are made to order and ship out within 2-6 weeks of your order being placed. If we run into any issues with inventory we will be sure to contact you otherwise.

PLEASE: Make sure your address is entered CORRECTLY at check out! We are unable to replace an order that's been lost due to an incorrect address entry.


We ship our packages with the USPS and unfortunately once it's in their hands we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once marked as delivered. Be sure to check your e-mail inbox (or spam folder) for your tracking information.


International Shipping: Please allow 2-12 weeks for delivery once your order has shipped (Remember, customs can take a bit of time). We are not responsible for custom or duty fees for your particular country. You may be charged additional fees upon arrival to your customs facility.


Refunds/Exchanges: Returns are accepted 14 days from date of purchase. We unfortunately cannot issue refunds, but will be more than happy to offer store credit for any returns. Unused/unworn items must be in brand new condition to be considered for store credit. If you have found that your order was missing an item, please be sure to contact us ASAP so we can investigate and sort the issue. In light of the coronavirus pandemic all exchanges will be subject to a two week quarantine period upon arrival at our department before we can start processing an exchange.
